Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring quick and precise entry Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support overall restaurant operations Follow food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures at all times Skills Proven experience with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong culinary knowledge and food industry familiarity to assist with food prep and service needs Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking seamlessly Experience in fine dining settings or nightlife venues such as nightclubs is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Prior host/hostess or serving experience demonstrating guest relations expertise Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering transactions Strong communication skills paired with hospitality professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
