Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Head Server to lead our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a vital member of our restaurant management team, you will oversee daily service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of food quality and hospitality. Your leadership will foster a lively, welcoming environment where both guests and staff thrive. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the serving team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations during each shift Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations Oversee food presentation, quality control, and timely delivery of orders to maintain high standards of food service Manage shift schedules, coordinate staff assignments, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity Train new staff members on service procedures, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), food handling, and safety protocols Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Enforce food safety standards and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations Requirements Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food restaurants; fine dining or casual dining experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising restaurant operations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management processes Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in hospitality management, catering, or hotel settings is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food production processes Join our vibrant team as a Head Server where your leadership will inspire excellence!
