Duties Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously. Take customer orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas. Buss tables promptly to ensure a clean environment for guests. Assist with inventory management and stock supplies as needed. Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all customers. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in quick service or fast food environments. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions. Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations. Culinary experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
