Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server, Food Runner, and Busser, where your energy and passion for hospitality will shine! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation quality and adherence to food safety standards Clear tables efficiently by bussing dishes, resetting tables quickly for new guests, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area Support food preparation tasks when needed, including assisting with plating or organizing supplies in the kitchen Provide attentive guest service by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality, communication skills, and guest services at all times Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Knowledge of banquet service, bussing, or catering operations is a plus Background in hospitality or hotel service can enhance your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this energetic role Prior kitchen or culinary experience is beneficial but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms ordinary dining into extraordinary experiences.
