Food and beverage experience a plusResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and provide exceptional guest relations from arrival to departureTake accurate orders using POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunitiesServe food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitationManage table cleanliness by bussing and resetting tables efficiently during service shiftsHandle cash transactions accurately, and processing payments through POS systemsMaintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols, food handling practices, and kitchen safetyAssist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff Support bar operations Experience-Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but will train the right candidateFamiliarity with POS systemsStrong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and handle guest relations professionallyKnowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniquesDemonstrate ability to manage time effectively in busy environments while maintaining attention to detailBasic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction management are requiredWe are seeking candidates for both Front and Back of house.
