Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Agilysys POS system , ensuring timely delivery Serve breakfast items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and providing personalized service to foster guest loyalty Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering functions and process payments using POS systems Clear tables promptly, bus dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area to uphold sanitation standards Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods or special events like brunch or nightclub mornings Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or breakfast settings Familiarity with Agilysys POS systems is highly advantageous Experience in guest services, host/hostess roles, or food handling enhances your ability to excel in this position Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices to ensure a safe dining environment Ability to upsell menu items confidently using OpenTable or similar reservation platforms is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy are essential Food Handlers and RBS Training Certification required Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences with energy and professionalism!
