Winery Room Server - Job DescriptionJob Overview Join our team as a Winery Room Server , where you will deliver elevated table service in a refined, high-energy winery setting. In this role, you are responsible for creating a seamless and memorable guest experience from the moment guests are seated through the completion of their visit. While this is not a guided tasting role, you will confidently present and sell wine flights, bottles, and food offerings while providing attentive, hospitality-driven service. Your ability to connect with guests, anticipate needs, and execute service standards at a high level will help create an upscale yet welcoming atmosphere that defines our winery experience. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a hospitality-driven environment while developing strong food, wine, and service expertise. Key Responsibilities Provide warm, professional table service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and attended to throughout their visit Guide guests through the menu, confidently selling wine flights, bottles, and food pairings Deliver food and beverages with proper timing, presentation, and attention to detail Utilize the Toast POS system for order entry, payment processing, and cash handling Leverage Wineview to identify wine club members and communicate relevant guest information to enhance service Review and manage reservations through Tock , ensuring proper table flow and guest readiness Maintain a strong understanding of wine offerings, menu items, and pairing recommendations Support large parties, events, and peak service periods with efficiency and professionalism Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas in accordance with health and safety standards Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations Requirements Previous experience as a server in a restaurant, winery, or hospitality environment preferred Strong ability to provide full-service table experience , including pacing, upselling, and guest engagement Familiarity with POS systems (experience with Toast preferred) Comfortable using reservation and guest management systems (Tock, Wineview or similar platforms) Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional presence Ability to upsell in a natural, guest-focused manner Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high service standards Knowledge of wine, food, and pairing concepts is a plus Commitment to food safety and proper handling procedures What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who understand that great service goes beyond taking orders — it's about creating an experience. Pay:

$16.90 - $17.90 per hour
