Are you passionate about hospitality, great wine, and creating unforgettable guest experiences? We're looking for energetic, detail-oriented Events Servers to join our team across Sonoma and Napa County and help bring exceptional events to life. This is more than a service role—we're building a team of people who take initiative, support one another, and are driven to continuously raise the bar. What You'll Do As an Events Server, you'll play a key role in delivering seamless, high-quality experiences for our guests. From setup to service to breakdown, you'll be at the heart of every event. Prepare event spaces, arranging tables, chairs, linens, décor, and place settings Serve food and wine with precision, timing each course to perfection Provide thoughtful, attentive wine service at each guest setting Clear and reset tables throughout service Maintain cleanliness and organization of event equipment and storage areas Assist with on-site sales, including packaging wine and merchandise Support the Events Manager to ensure every event runs smoothly Contribute ideas and energy toward creating memorable, elevated guest experiencesRequirements:
What You Bring 1-2 years of hospitality, banquet, or food service experience Knowledge of wine, food, and basic cooking methods (a plus!) Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends A strong guest-first mindset and commitment to excellence High attention to detail and pride in your work A collaborative, team-oriented approach Curiosity and a desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve Strong interpersonal awareness and the ability to read the room and anticipate guest needs Our Approach to Hospitality We believe hospitality should be anything but ordinary.
