Summary Be part of our talented Food and Beverage team as Server Assistant•Specialty Restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas. Located in Greater Palm Springs, Grand Hyatt features 531 newly transformed luxury guestrooms, suites, casita-style villas, and two brand new Celebrity Chef (Angelo Sosa) food & beverage venues. The Restaurant Busser (Server Assistant) is responsible primarily for assisting the Restaurant Server in table service for restaurant guests. Main responsibilities may include the following: beverage offerings and service, assisting with food delivery, clearing of items from guest table, clearing and resetting tables upon departure of guest, polishing glassware/silverware, sorting of equipment, general cleaning of dining areas and kitchen, other responsibilities as assigned by restaurant management team. The hourly pay-rate for this position is $17.00 with the opportunity to earn additional ie through tips. This is the pay rate for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Qualifications Riverside County Food Handler's Card Schedule availability in the evening (PM) shift, including weekends and holidays. Able to carry and balance large trays containing moderate-to-heavy items. Able to push, pull, lift, moderate weight. Able to follow verbal and written instruction with attention to detail.
