Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management is a plus. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge can enhance service quality. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
