Pier 88 Eastvale is currently hiring Hosts, Servers, Bussers, and Food Runners to join our growing team. We are looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and providing excellent customer service. Position Responsibilities Host Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently Answer phone calls and assist guests with questions and inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front entrance and host stand Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth guest flow Server Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to all guests Accurately take food and beverage orders Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies Deliver a positive dining experience from start to finish Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Busser / Food Runner Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently Remove used dishes, utensils, and other tableware throughout service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations Refill water, sauces, napkins, and other guest necessities as needed Support the team during busy service periods to ensure excellent guest experiences Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times Qualifications Restaurant experience preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and reliable attendance Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay with Tips Flexible scheduling Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Pay $16.90 - $35.00 per hour Benefits Employee discounts Flexible schedule Work Location In Person How to Apply Interested candidates may: Apply through Indeed Apply through our official website Email for more information We look forward to meeting motivated individuals who want to grow with our team!
