You'll work closely with servers, bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure our service runs smoothly. This isn't just about clearing tables; it's about setting the stage for a fantastic meal. To be considered for this role, you must be available to work weekends and various shifts. Ultimately, you will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner.

Key responsibilities include:

Clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently Assisting servers and bartenders with drink and food delivery Maintain a clean and organized dining and bar area Restocking dishes, silverware, glasses and other supplies Assist the bartender in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed Work effectively and efficiently to maintain an excellent workflow in a busy restaurant Communicating effectively with the front and back -of-house team The ideal candidate is:
