Izakaya Location:
La Habra, CA Shibuya 107 Izakaya is looking for servers to join our team. We are a neighborhood-focused Japanese izakaya that values quality food, great service, and a strong team environment. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, positive, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. What We're Looking For Experienced server preferred (but willing to train the right attitude) Team player mindset - able to work well under pressure and support teammates Kind, positive, and respectful attitude toward guests and coworkers Dependable and responsible - punctual, consistent, and accountable Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to stay composed and efficient during busy service Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests Take accurate orders and deliver food and drinks in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations Communicate clearly with kitchen and sushi bar to ensure smooth service Follow all service standards and procedures Help create a welcoming and team-oriented environment What We Offer Competitive compensation (hourly + tips) Flexible scheduling Opportunities to grow within the company Positive, team-driven work environment
