Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to foster a welcoming atmosphere Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality meet high standards Clear tables promptly and assist with bussing to maintain cleanliness and orderliness Support catering events by setting up, replenishing supplies, and managing food presentation Address guest inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service throughout their experience Follow food safety and handling protocols diligently to ensure health standards are maintained Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow during busy events and special occasions Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is highly preferred, especially in banquet or catering settings Strong guest services skills with a friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety regulations Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods during events Experience with food preparation, restaurant service, or hotel operations is a plus Basic understanding of catering operations and event setup procedures Willingness to learn new skills related to food service, bussing, and guest relations Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your energy makes a difference!
