This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with guests, and knows how to turn great service into strong sales.

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere Take orders efficiently and ensure a smooth, enjoyable guest experience Upsell menu items, drinks, and hookah services with confidence Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outdoor space Work collaboratively with the team during high-volume shifts

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Sales-oriented mindset (comfortable recommending and upselling) Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working around hookah and smoke in an outdoor setting Reliable, punctual, and team-focused

Bonus Points:

Previous experience in cafés, lounges, or hospitality Familiarity with hookah service (not required, but a plus) Schedule Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight Weekends and holidays may be required Compensation Competitive hourly wage + tips Opportunities for growth and leadership within the lounge
