Role:

You'll love being a Souvla Counter Server! The counter server is at the forefront of providing great service to guests. Counter servers are responsible for taking food and beverage orders, collecting payment and handling orders for pick up and delivery. Additionally, they will be required to assist with running food and bussing tables. Qualifications Ability to read and interpret general menu modifications. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, guests, and Direct Supervisors. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically. While performing the duties of this job, the Counter Server is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear. Frequently it is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. The Counter Server is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The Counter Server must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time and able to safely lift and easily maneuver plates, cases of water or wine, chairs and dining room tables. Salary Description:

This position is HOURLY, NON-EXEMPT and starts at $19.20/hour.
