Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, kitchen safety protocols, and sanitation standards. Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry best practices. Skilled in knife techniques, food presentation, and catering services to deliver professional quality dishes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve guests warmly while maintaining efficiency under pressure.
