Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server/Bussier to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the dining experience, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create a welcoming atmosphere, making every guest feel valued and comfortable. This position offers a dynamic environment where teamwork, communication, and a passion for food service come together to deliver memorable experiences. Duties Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, maintaining a tidy dining area Buss tables by removing used dishes, glasses, and silverware while assisting with resetting tables for new guests Assist with food handling and manual lifting tasks, practicing safe lifting techniques to prevent injury Support kitchen staff with basic food service tasks when needed, including food prep or delivery within the restaurant Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing workstations and dining areas regularly Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Requirements Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred; hospitality background is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to handle heavy lifting safely during cleaning or bussing duties Knowledge of safe lifting practices and manual handling techniques Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic understanding of food handling, catering, and restaurant operations is desirable Join us if you're passionate about creating welcoming environments where guests feel appreciated!
