Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest satisfaction Handle food safety and sanitation procedures diligently, including proper food handling and cleanliness standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely service Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations efficiently during transactions Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting host/hostess duties as needed to maintain a smooth flow of service Experience Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations is essential Serving, bussing, or host/hostess experience will be considered an asset Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are required Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering exceptional service!
