Duties Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to tables efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space for incoming guests. Assist servers with bussing duties, including removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils while adhering to food safety standards. Support food preparation tasks as needed, such as organizing supplies or assisting with plating under supervision. Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including side stations and dining spaces, following sanitation protocols. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to coordinate orders seamlessly. Ensure guest needs are met promptly by providing attentive customer service and addressing any special requests or concerns. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Familiarity with food handling procedures, food safety standards, and proper sanitation practices. Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Prior banquet or hotel experience can be advantageous for understanding high-volume service settings. Strong communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude to enhance guest interactions. Knowledge of food preparation, bussing, and basic kitchen operations is beneficial. Experience in hospitality or guest services roles demonstrates your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
