Evening Shifts. Join our team at Lalla Grill, a full-service restaurant located at The Dunes Promenade in Marina! Lalla Grill and El Charrito operate together under one roof, offering both a full-service dining experience and a casual counter-service option. With shared kitchen operations and vibrant indoor/outdoor dining spaces, we create a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff. We're looking for a friendly, bubbly, upbeat, and hardworking Server who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering great guest experiences.

What You'll Do:

Provide excellent, attentive service to guests. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Deliver food and drinks efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas. Work collaboratively with front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Handle multiple tables while maintaining a positive attitude. Communicate guest dietary restrictions and ensure allergy awareness and accuracy with orders.

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of serving experience (required). Bubbly, upbeat personality with strong customer service skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and team-player mindset. Reliable and punctual. Attention to detail, especially regarding food allergies and guest safety.
