Server/Cashier

Duties Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their visit Operate POS systems and Delivery platform to process orders, payments, and reservations accurately Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service during busy hours Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, but not required—we are happy to train the right person who is motivated and eager to learn. Familiarity with POS systems and Delivery platform Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties or guest services demonstrates strong hospitality skills Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is essential for maintaining health regulations Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude to foster guest satisfaction and team collaboration
