Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, guest-focused dining experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS, such as Toast and OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards in fine dining or casual settings Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and ensuring satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when necessary, ensuring smooth service flow Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nights or events such as nightclub evenings Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Toast and OpenTable reservation software Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing procedures Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Experience with food industry terminology such as serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and food preparation basics Strong communication skills for guest interactions and teamwork within fast-paced environments Familiarity with hospitality principles that prioritize guest relations and memorable experiences Join us as a Server where your energy fuels unforgettable dining moments!
