Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and responsible Food Runner to join our team at Wagyu Factory Mountain View. This role is a key part of our front of house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

Start Date:

Key Responsibilities Efficiently and accurately deliver food from the expo counter to the correct table Confirm orders with kitchen staff, noting any modifications or special requests Communicate with servers to support guest needs and service flow Ensure guests have proper tableware and respond to requests promptly Assist with table setup, dining area cleanliness, and end-of-shift cleanup Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times Follow daily checklists, SOPs, and company policies Communicate effectively with teammates and stay calm under pressure Qualifications Minimum 1 years of experience in a large fast-paced restaurant, preferably with Hotpot or Japanese cuisine Demonstrates effective oral & written communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure Strong coordination, stamina, and multitasking ability Flexibility to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods of time Fluent in English; bilingual a plus Must be authorized to work in the United States Compliance Statement Wagyu Factory Mountain View LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
