Job Description
As a Server/Cashier, your duties includes, but not limited to: Providing hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met. Know all dishes' ingredients to answer customer's questions correctly Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, ect. Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction Providing great customer service while taking orders on a POS device Able to collect/give payment correctly (Cash, credit card, digital payment) Organize, refill, clean everything and anything needed Hourly check and clean restrooms Able to fulfill each order correctly and efficiently _ _ _• Must be available to work some weekends and weekdays as needed_•
