Tuesday-Sunday 8:00-3:00 (Breakfast & Lunch) $17 per hour + tips Join our fast paced restaurant as a Food Runner Busser, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this vital role, you will serve as the bridge between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring that food is delivered promptly and tables are kept clean and inviting. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, customer interaction, and hospitality operations. Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guest tables efficiently and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are maintained. Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and organized dining environment. Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing prompt support during busy service periods. Ensure food safety and handling protocols are followed at all times during food delivery and table clearing. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or dietary needs of guests. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including wiping down surfaces, organizing utensils, and managing trash disposal. Support the overall guest experience by providing friendly, attentive service and addressing guest needs promptly. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience with bussing, serving, or supporting banquet events is advantageous. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays or supplies, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Hospitality or hotel experience, along with culinary or kitchen background, will be highly valued.
