RIBBRO BBQ
is a fast casual BBQ restaurant, and we are looking for a Team Member (aka HUSTLER ) to join our team. As a Pitt Master, you will be responsible for preparation of meats prior to smoking and all aspects of the meat. Also, greeting guests, accurately taking orders, processing payments, and expediting food. We're looking for someone that is flexible, versatile and can wear several hats. This position entails food prep, and you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized restaurant and providing excellent guest service. Responsibilities Greet guests Expedite food to customers in a timely and accurate manner Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide excellent guest service Prepare food items as required Deep cleaning daily Qualifications A formal education is not required; only a love for good food and people Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is required Excellent guest service skills; soft skills are a major plus Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction At least 3+ years of experience in Smoking Meat Proficient in English (verbal and written) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Benefits Competitive hourly wage Tips Sick pay Join our team and help us make
