Front of House Staff

We are seeking energetic, personable and very friendly Front of House staff who are team players to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring each customer's food order is delivered promptly and without mistakes. You will organize food tickets, communicate with the kitchen to ensure everything is distributed and ready in order, and deliver meals to the customer's table in a prompt manner. We are looking for very friendly team members who take initiative. Each day is different from the next, as this is a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks happening simultaneously. This job requires a very socially-focused, "how can I help you?" attitude lots of attention spent on building and maintaining positive relationships with fellow team members and customers. Duties and Responsibilities Follow all instructions from expeditor Sort and organize incoming food tickets Maintain orders according to each table and food ticket Ensure each order is prepared to the restaurant's and guest's specifications Ensure dishes are presentable and clean for the customer Promptly deliver each meal as it is prepared to the correct table and in order Communicate clearly any additional orders or needs the guests may have to cook staff or expeditor Refill water to guests' as needed Place and replace silverware as needed Answer guest questions or listen to their concerns Bus tables promptly by removing guests' dirty dishes and utensils Deliver used dishes and utensils to the kitchen for cleaning Direct guests to restrooms or exits as needed Assist assigned employees with cleaning the customer patio area Perform other related duties as requested. Other duties may include maintaining bathroom cleanliness, making sure the dine-in and take-out areas are cleaned properly.

Minimum Qualifications Minimum Age:

16 years old Reliable Transportation Willing to work nights, holidays and weekends Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks Works well and efficiently under pressure Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of staff and management Physically able to carry 20 pounds, able to stand and move throughout shift

$17.34 - $22.34 per hour
