Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking to build server staff to our new location. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will also on occasion prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesDuties Include:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Take written food orders and serve meals to guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. Clean and reset tables, returning dishes to the kitchen Clean and set up of all dining and food service areas including stocking of condiments pulling old items and restocking as necessary (sugars, salt/pepper, salsa, etc.) Assist in breaking, preparing deliveries (TOGO ORDERS), putting away stock, and prepping silverware as needed. Run meals to guest tables as required, including dish collection after meals have been served. Comply with Faur Tunas Fish & Bar standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient community operations Display a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system Adhere to all food safety guidelines when handling and serving food items Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide information about menu items or special promotions Closing shifts will be responsable for leaving a clean dinning roomExperience:
- Previous experience as a Serverin a restaurant or similar setting is preferred
- Familiarity with operating cash registers or POS systems for accurate payment processing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele
