In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional service to guests while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to create a friendly atmosphere Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Clear tables promptly by bussing dishes, glassware, and utensils to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests Maintain cleanliness of dining areas through regular cleaning, sanitizing tables, chairs, and service stations Assist in food handling and delivery from kitchen to table, following proper safety protocols Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow Support catering events or special functions as needed, providing excellent hospitality service Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued Familiarity with cleaning, bussing, and food handling procedures in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Knowledge of hospitality standards, including customer service excellence and attention to detail Experience working in hotels or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Join us if you're passionate about creating positive guest experiences, thrive in lively environments, and want to grow your career in hospitality!
