Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! Paid training is provided to help you succeed in this exciting role. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials with enthusiasm. Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation. Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring complete satisfaction throughout their visit. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods. Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements smoothly during peak hours. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background, including fine dining or nightclub settings. Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Ability to multitask effectively, demonstrating excellent time management in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling and billing accuracy. Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous but not required.
