Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server at our renowned sushi and ramen restaurant, where energetic service meets authentic culinary excellence! As a key member of our hospitality crew, you'll create memorable dining experiences by delivering exceptional guest service, showcasing your food industry expertise, and fostering a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet guests warmly and efficiently, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage tables effectively by bussing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a seamless dining flow Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures while maintaining proper sanitation standards Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and uphold food safety regulations Requirements Previous restaurant experience, particularly in high-volume food service environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles within the food industry is highly desirable Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and night shifts Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively atmosphere!
