Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and Runner, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient food delivery, and seamless support to our culinary team. You will be responsible for ensuring timely food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall flow of the restaurant. Paid positions are available for both full-time and part-time applicants eager to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to safe lifting practices and manual handling procedures Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to uphold quality standards Clear tables efficiently by bussing dishes and resetting tables for new guests Support kitchen staff with basic food handling, cooking assistance, or other tasks as needed Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including dining rooms, bar counters, and back-of-house spaces Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Handle guest inquiries professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Support banquet events or special functions by serving meals and assisting with setup or breakdown as required Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Knowledge of food safety standards and safe lifting practices is highly valued Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of trays or supplies safely Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with guests and team members effectively Experience with food handling, food preparation, or kitchen support roles is a plus Prior banquet experience or hotel/hospitality background can enhance your application Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts Join us if you're passionate about providing outstanding guest services in a lively environment!
