About Deda Deda is a Georgian restaurant celebrating the food, flavors, and hospitality of the country of Georgia. We're looking for servers who genuinely enjoy taking care of guests and want to share Georgian cuisine with people who may be trying it for the first time. The Role You'll be the face of the restaurant for our guests — guiding them through the menu, taking care of their needs throughout the meal, and making sure they leave wanting to come back. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests warmly. Walk guests through the menu, including Georgian dishes and wines they may not know. Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS. Deliver food and drinks promptly and check in throughout the meal. Handle payments and close out checks accurately. Reset tables and help keep the dining room clean and organized. Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar. Support teammates during busy services. What We're Looking For Prior serving experience in a restaurant. Interest in Georgian food and wine — we'll teach you what you don't know. Friendly, attentive, and calm under pressure. Reliable and punctual. Able to stand and move for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs. Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain). Weekend and evening availability.
