Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining quality standards. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order preparation. Adhere to all food safety and handling guidelines to ensure guest safety. Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is advantageous. Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and commitment to providing outstanding service are crucial for success in this role.
