Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS systems, and give correct change. Maintain cleanliness of tables, and service stations; clean tables efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of service. Assist with food preparation, food safety practices, and sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations. Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit. Support opening or closing duties, including cash reconciliation and restocking supplies for seamless operations. Skills Proficiency with POS systems for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in food service, fine dining, or restaurant settings Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising service quality. Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and transaction accuracy. Kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food preparation processes.
