Master our menu to describe dishes and drinks with complete confidence. Collaborate seamlessly with service support and managers. Maintain table cleanliness and adhere to the restaurant's allergy protocols on every single check. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience working as a Server in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment. High energy, strong communication skills, and a calm demeanor under pressure. Detail-oriented and capable of handling complex multitasking on a busy floor. Experience with Toast, Resy, and 7Shifts (a plus!). Valid California Food Handler Card (or willing to get one within 30 days). Shifts include paid 10-minute rest breaks for every 4 hours worked and an uninterrupted, unpaid 30-minute meal break for shifts over 5 hours. Physically, this role requires standing, walking, and moving continuously for an entire shift (up to 8 hours), utilizing taste and smell for beverage/food quality control, and frequently lifting or carrying trays and items up to 25 lbs in a loud, high-volume environment.
