This flexible position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes initiative without needing constant direction. The Hospitality Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations by supporting both front-of-house and bar service while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Guest Service Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phones and assist guests with questions regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant services. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude during busy periods. To-Go & Takeout Operations Accurately package food orders for takeout and delivery. Verify order accuracy before orders leave the restaurant. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely completion of orders. Maintain the organization of takeout stations, supplies, and packaging materials. Bar Support Assist bartenders with stocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice. Keep bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service. Wash and polish glassware as needed. Assist with opening and closing bar duties. Restaurant Support Monitor dining room and service areas for cleanliness and organization. Assist servers and management as needed during busy periods. Restock service stations and supplies. Help maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant. Qualifications Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and reliability. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain professional under pressure. Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed. Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout the restaurant regularly.
