In this dynamic role, you'll be the essential link between the kitchen and dining area, ensuring that food is delivered promptly and tables are kept clean and inviting. Your proactive attitude will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining environment Assist servers by delivering food and beverages swiftly and accurately using POS systems Support the kitchen staff by bussing dishes, refilling supplies, and ensuring food safety standards are met during food handling and preparation Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including dining rooms, wait stations, and side stations Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely food delivery and guest needs Assist with setup for special events or banquet functions, ensuring all areas are guest-ready Provide excellent guest service by responding promptly to guest requests with a positive attitude and professionalism Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
