Cashier/Food Runner

Job Description Buckhorn strives to maintain quality and presentation standards at all times. The cashiers & food runners are the center of our guest service and are chiefly responsible for providing Signature Guest Service from the time the guest enters our restaurant to the time they leave. With a major focus on providing excellent service our cashiers & food runners ensure our guests receive high quality service and truly enjoy their dining experience at Buckhorn. Nothing matters except that the guest returns. Job Duties Greet all guests upon entering the premises. Thank all guests for coming in and invite them back. Attentively and accurately take guest orders and ensure they receive exactly what they came in for. Upkeep of all guest lines of sight including: keeping service stations clean, counters free of clutter, and paper products stocked. Pouring drinks and retrieving refills for guests. Counting cash tills upon arriving. Honestly and accurately dropping all sales made upon the ending of the shift into the safe. Signing guests up and maintaining Buckhorn's Loyalty Program. Assisting in dining room service, bussing, and food running whenever available. Suggestive selling and upselling of products. Menu knowledge, knowing all ingredients.

Applicants should have:

Scheduling available morning, early afternoon and evenings. Experience in providing great guest service. The ability to work in a fast paced environment. A desire to work on a team and accomplish goals. A flexible schedule.
