Take accurate food and beverage orders using OpenTable or Aloha POS systems. Provide detailed menu information and assist guests with selections, including upselling specials and promotions. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets fine dining standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Process cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Uphold health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment. Experience Previous experience in a server role within a fine dining establishment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest relations. Familiarity with OpenTable or Aloha POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
