Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience. Process payments and manage cash register operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist with food preparation as needed, supporting kitchen staff during peak hours. Provide timely service while managing multiple tables or customers simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management skills. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall service quality. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred but not required. Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on sales techniques such as upselling.
