Include:

Accept and enter food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system. Deliver food and drinks to customers throughout all Cardroom locations promptly and courteously. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer requests in a timely manner. Maintain your own bank during your shift and handle cash responsibly at end of shift. Keep customer areas and wait stations neat and orderly. Monitor alcohol consumption and exercise responsible beverage service. Report any hazardous conditions or conduct that may pose a risk to employees, customers, or the integrity of our gaming license. We do a full background check. To qualify, you must meet the requirements below: Proficiency in math and good cash handling skills Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, courteous attitude POS knowledge a plus — experience preferred but not required Must have or be able to obtain a valid Food Handler Card Must have or be able to obtain a Responsible Beverage Service Certification Must have a flexible schedule Must be at least 21 yrs. of age Hiring Full-time and Part-time employees Must pass a background check Must qualify for work permit from SBPD (no felony convictions)
