Role Overview:

As a Dining Room Server, you will:

Provide attentive, courteous service to residents during meal timesTake orders accurately and deliver meals promptlyMaintain knowledge of menu items and accommodate dietary preferences and restrictionsSet and clear tables with attention to detail and cleanliness standardsRespond to resident requests with patience and understandingBuild genuine connections with residents and contribute to a positive dining atmosphereSupport team members and maintain a clean, organized dining environment

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn service skills, and has a genuine ability to relate to and understand seniors. Weekend and holiday availability is required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellent service are essential.
