Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in every guest interaction. We are passionate about mixology and hospitality, striving to deliver a truly unique experience that guests won't find anywhere else in Orange County.
  • ABOUT THIS POSITION
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for creating a unique and engaging atmosphere for our guests. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving drinks, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.
  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Provide detailed knowledge of our cocktail menu, including ingredients and preparation methods. Take drink orders and serve cocktails promptly and accurately. Offer recommendations based on guest preferences and menu knowledge. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar and seating areas. Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests. Assist in the preparation and presentation of specialty cocktails and seasonal drink offerings. Uphold the speakeasy's ambiance by adhering to dress code and decorum. Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth operation and exceptional service. Follow all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
  • EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cocktail server or in a similar role within a high-end bar or speakeasy.
Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Professional appearance and adherence to dress code. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be at least 21 years old.
