Position Overview:

We are looking for a Host / Food Runner who brings positive energy, enthusiasm, and a strong team mindset. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of Seasurf, creating memorable first impressions while supporting smooth and efficient service throughout the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude as they arrive Help guide guests through our fast-casual dining experience Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready Assist guests with questions, needs, or requests during their visit Support team members to maintain efficient service flow Help create a fun, inviting, and positive atmosphere

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a host/hostess or food runner in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a desire to learn are essential! Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food service operations and guest relations best practices. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are necessary to create positive guest interactions. Prior experience in hospitality or hotel guest services is advantageous but not mandatory.
