ABOUT THE ROLE
At FOMO Asian Kitchen & Bar , a Server is more than just a food runner—you are a Guest Experience Specialist and a key driver of the venue's energy. In our million-dollar concept, you are the face of FOMO, responsible for delivering world-class Asian cuisine and high-octane Bottle Service. You must be a master of hospitality, an expert at upselling, and a high-energy team player who thrives in a fast-paced nightlife environment. FOMO is far more than a restaurant; it is a high-energy creative hub where culinary boundaries are shattered and the night comes alive. We specialize in Modern Asian Fusion rooted in a strong Vietnamese soul—taking traditional flavors and redefining them for a contemporary, world-class setting. But the FOMO experience doesn't stop at the plate. Here, world-class dining meets an electric atmosphere powered by Live DJs , seamless service, and a Premium venue design that sets the stage for unforgettable nights. We don't just serve meals; we curate a sensory journey where food, drink, and sound collide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Excellence:
Deliver professional, seamless food and beverage service according to FOMO's premium standards.
Bottle Service Execution:
Execute high-energy Bottle Service rituals, coordinating with DJs, dancers, and the bar team to create "peak moments" for guests.
Revenue Optimization:
Actively consult and upsell signature cocktails, premium bottles, and food pairings to maximize the average check per table.
Event Flow Coordination:
Collaborate with the Front Leader and Bar team during high-profile event nights to ensure smooth transitions and guest satisfaction.
Operational Agility:
Support setup and breakdown for special activations; remain flexible to assist in multiple zones as the night's energy shifts.
Financial Accuracy:
Manage transactions with precision and speed, ensuring all billing is handled professionally.
Venue Integrity:
Maintain a pristine station and assist in the complete opening/closing procedures to keep the venue "stage-ready."
GOALS Revenue Growth:
Drive sales through strategic upselling and bottle service promotion.
Vibe Integration:
Contribute to the venue's high-energy atmosphere through proactive and engaging service.
Guest Loyalty:
Ensure every guest receives a "Wow" experience that encourages repeat visits.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
0.5-2+ years in high-volume Bars, Premium Lounges, or Asian Fusion concepts.
Sales Mindset:
Natural ability to read the table, engage guests, and upsell without being intrusive.
Nightlife Fluency:
Understanding of bottle service flow, event dynamics, and working in a high-decibel environment.
Stamina & Agility:
Ability to stay energized and focused throughout long night shifts and peak periods.
Professionalism:
Polished appearance, strong communication skills, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.
Compliance:
Valid [Insert Local Certification, e.g., Food Handler/RBS] certifications.
