Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The Server Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests by providing support to servers and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food service and hospitality, with opportunities for growth within our restaurant. Responsibilities Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Help with setting up and breaking down banquet events as needed. Support the kitchen staff by restocking supplies and ensuring proper food safety practices are followed. Clear dirty dishes from tables and assist in the dishwashing process when necessary. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operations. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety standards is beneficial. Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting, particularly with banquet services, is advantageous.
