Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to ensure a clean and inviting environment Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage guest seating and waitlists effectively Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management skills during busy shifts Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, and basic kitchen operations is a plus Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless service delivery Join us if you're eager to bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality to our team!
