Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transaction processing Provide detailed menu descriptions, including wine pairings, spirits, cocktails, and food options, to enhance guest experience and promote upselling opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Maintain knowledge of food safety, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas swiftly to accommodate new guests, and supporting host/hostess duties as needed Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or high-volume settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail preparation, and food industry standards to assist with upselling and guest recommendations Experience with food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for sales transactions, cash handling, and billing accuracy Previous experience in serving or bartending roles that involve Spirits experience or cocktail expertise is highly desirable Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
